Using Soap Web Reference in Visual Studio 2010

In Visual Studio 2010 the interface has changed slighty.
The option to add a Web Reference has been moved to within the Advanced settings for Service Reference.
Also now you will need to enter https://www.esendex.com/secure/messenger/soap/sendservice.asmx?WSDL as the web reference
