Who can I send SMS messages to?

You can send a message to a mobile phone on any of the UK networks, including the "virtual networks" such as Virgin. You can also send messages to them whilst they are overseas provided that they have set-up their phones for international roaming and to the vast majority of international users.

Using the Web SMS utility I have no success sending to any numbers in the USA - whether using +1, 1, 001, +001 as prefixes. Is there something I am missing? I am still on the trial
