Outlook plug-in is missing

Outlook may have disabled the plug in. To enable it again for outlook 2003, just go to 'help' in outlook, then down to 'about microsoft office outlook' and in the bottom corner there will be a button marked 'disabled items'. Just click here and enable it again.

For Outlook 2007, go to 'help', then down to disabled items and enable it from here.
