How to avoid an MSXML Exception using the ActiveX SMS API

If you get an MSXML run-time error when trying to use our ActiveX SMS API (EsendexSdk2.dll), make sure you have the latest service packs applied for MSXML versions 3 and 4.

The two service packs which can be downloaded from Microsoft are Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 Service Pack 5 (SP5) and MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services).
