Error 553 message: 'Reverse path not authorised'

This message usually appears when you have not got a reverse path set up on your account. If you are receieving this message you can set up a reverse path by emailing support@esendex.net with your account reference number in the email subject line. This will set the reverse path automatically to enable you to send your messages.
